some issues
unsafe shower screen dated room
i found some aspects disappointing. the shower screen in the room felt quite unsafe to use. it swung outwards and i worried about my son using it alone. also, the overall feel of the room seemed a bit dated, like something from the '90s.

underwhelming stay. some issues need addressing
visible mold second room
the location was perfect though the parking was expensive.
I found mold in the bathroom of the first room i was given. after i mentioned it, i got moved to another room that also had mold in the bathroom. It was not as bad, but clearly visible. i just decided to stay in the second room since i had already driven 12 hours.

fantastic hotel experience!
comfortable kids bed excellent hotel location wide breakfast options
the room size was nice my two kids slept very comfortably a cod bed was provided for our baby the hotel even welcomed him with baby toys toiletries and nappies bin the location was great with everything in walking distance the breakfast was also nice with many options available

the hotel is close to a big train station it is also near two u-bahn stations plus it's conveniently located close to the brandenburg gate dining options are plentiful nearby too adding to the overall convenience

i loved the amazing breakfast selection it even featured vegan muffins plus a pea protein drink there was plenty of fruit meat cheese and fish freshly cooked hot dishes provided boosted energy levels for exploring

the lobby is designed like an art museum showcasing beautiful paintings a pool is available though i found it to be a basic amenity there is a bar and restaurant onsite adding to the convenience

friendly staff amazing breakfast convenient location
i stayed in a comfort double room for three nights. the location was fantastic, it was easy to get to the museums. the breakfast was amazing!!! so many choices, i really enjoyed the fresh fruit. the staff were really friendly and efficient.
the gym equipment looked a little worn.

solid experience in a prime location
central position large bed reasonable price
the hotel has a central position close to many attractions. i found the room spacious and clean with a large double bed. the price seemed reasonable for the tuesday to saturday stay i had.
the gym is small. i noticed only one treadmill and one cross training machine. i had to wait to use the equipment.
